The Wild Dogs of Jeki: Sunrise in Lower Zambezi
The plan was clear. If we were to stand any chance of seeing the now world famous Wild Dogs of the Lower Zambezi, we had to arrive at the airstrip as close to sunrise as possible. Kafue National Park – Safari Part 2
Time for our second blog post on our time in Kafue. The Tsetse flies remain intense, but we must remind ourselves that without the mighty tsetse these huge wildlife reserves simply wouldn’t exist. So we must enjoy it for what it is. Temperamental Zimbabwean wifi mean there will be few photos posted. Check back later for the full experience… Kafue…
Kafue National Park – Safari Part 1
One of the biggest national parks in the whole of Africa, Kafue was our next destination. Famous for the hordes of tsetse flies and dangerous elephants, we were nervous, but excited.
